Booking and Payment:

Copyright and Usage:
- Photography Services:
- All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer.
- Clients receive a license for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., sharing on social media, printing for personal use) as outlined in our full photography contract.
- For commercial use (business promotion or promoting others’ products/services), a separate license is required. Contact us before booking to discuss fees.
Editing Services:
- Ownership of the original images remains with the client. We claim copyright on any edits or modifications made by us. Usage rights for edited images will be specified in the editing service agreement.
- We may use the images for our portfolio and marketing purposes.
Editing Lead Time:
- Our standard lead time for edited photos is 3 days to 2 weeks after the session or event. This timeline overrides any previous agreements unless a different timeline is agreed upon in writing before the appearance release is signed. Rush edits are available depending on our availability and schedule.
Studio and Equipment Rentals:
- Clients are responsible for the proper use and care of rented equipment.
- Damage fees may apply for any equipment returned inoperable or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
- A valid government-issued ID is required to rent equipment.
- A deposit is required for equipment rentals outside the studio.
- Full details and terms for studio and equipment rentals will be outlined in a separate rental agreement.
Rescheduling and Cancellation:
- Photography Services:
- Clients must provide a 2-day notice to reschedule your session.
- Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
Privacy:
- We respect client privacy and handle personal information securely.

Limitation of Liability:
- Unforeseen circumstances during sessions are beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage beyond the cost of your service.
- Clients indemnify the photographer against any claims related to image usage.
Governing Law:
- These Terms and any separate agreements for our services are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
Entire Agreement:
- These Terms, together with any separate agreements for our services, constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior agreements.
Changes to These Terms:
